equiXplore plc was founded in 2005 by Antoinette Haering and Reto von Arb as a subsidiary of crealistic inc. Its headquarters are in Biel.

equiXplore offers unique equine supported personality development, leadership development and team development training courses. We coach private individuals as well as leaders and teams so that their noblest qualities, such as integrity, authenticity, mental strength and emotional intelligence, all pillars of authentic leadership, can be fully developed.

Our clients include companies of all sizes (small to large businesses) and from various industries, government entities and private individuals. They come to us from diverse backgrounds with a variety of motivations.
