Practial hints

No prior experience working with horses is required. Horses will not be ridden during the courses.

Participants should understand what leadership means in both the private and business arenas. They should also have an interest in their own personal development.

Weather permitting, practical exercises will take place outdoors. Appropriate footwear, gloves and attire for different types of weather (i.e., rain gear) are required. In general, casual wear should be suitable.

Catering is provided during the seminars. Fruit and drinks will be made available and a simple lunch will be served. Depending on the type of course, an evening meal may also be served in a comfortable setting.
