The DEVELOPMENT
This 2-day training course integrates work done in the “The MIRROR,” deepening the insights gained on the first day. Using extended exercises and team discussions about their observations, as well as a short coaching session, participants come into closer contact with their unknown self and gradually begin developing their instinctive leadership competencies so they may integrate them into their professional and personal lives.
We close the first day with a good meal served in our teepee, laying the foundation for stimulating discussion.
