Management

Management theories and tools are taught at higher schools of education and training centres. They are without a doubt necessary and a prerequisite for leading a business.  Management is concerned primarily with business knowledge, with the ability to efficiently organize a business, and to do the right things.  Management is largely based on rational thinking and acquired knowledge. The question is: “Are we ready for an irrational emotional world and the increasing pressures of the economy and life?”

No, because in order to be ready for that, we need more truly authentic leadership-qualities and authentic, mentally strong and emotionally intelligent personalities.
